Melanie N. Beckham
Ms. Beckham serves as Vintage’s President and Chief Executive Officer. She has been with Vintage for more than 12 years initially serving as General Counsel then as Vice President and Director of Business Development. Prior to joining Vintage, Ms. Beckham worked for a large law firm where she concentrated on regulatory work and corporate defense litigation. She holds a BA from Millsaps College, a Juris Doctor from the University Of Mississippi School Of Law, and is licensed to practice law in Mississippi and Tennessee.
James W. Wadlington
Mr. Wadlington serves as Vice President for the company. He started with Vintage in 2017, after spending 10 years with a regional public accounting firm as a healthcare reimbursement consultant. Jim’s prior experience includes preparation of Medicare/Medicaid cost reports, in addition to assisting with reimbursement audits for hospitals. He earned a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Master of Accountancy from Millsaps College. Jim is a Certified Public Accountant in Mississippi and a Fellow of the Healthcare Financial Management Association, where he served as President of the Mississippi Chapter during 2016-2017.
Thomas Nichols, Jr.
Mr. Nichols has been involved in the international health care and recruitment business since 1979. He has served as Chief Executive Officer of a 500-plus-bed hospital project in Saudi Arabia and as Chief Financial Officer of a 400-bed hospital project in the United Arab Emirates. He holds a B.S. Degree in Accounting and Business Administration and is a Certified Public Accountant.
Robert L. Zimmerman
Mr. Zimmerman has been involved in human resource management, international recruitment and outplacement services for more than 30 years. Mr. Zimmerman has served as Vice-President of an executive outplacement firm and as Vice-President of the world’s largest recruitment company. He has been Director of Human Resources for a 100-plus-bed U.S. hospital and for a 400-bed international hospital with foreign nursing and medical professionals from over 25 different countries. Mr. Zimmerman has a B.S. in Business Administration and is a Certified Outplacement Counselor.
Rodney A. Garrison
Mr. Garrison serves as Chief Financial Officer of the company. His background includes executive positions with a Big Six Accounting Firm and a Fortune 1000 Service Company. Mr. Garrison has a BBA Degree and is a Certified Public Accountant.
Ms. Wredling serves as the company’s nurse consultant and began in 2017. She is a board certified Family Nurse Practitioner graduate from the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. Michelle’s background comes from serving as a lead RN-BSN for over 9 years dealing with CVICU and emergency response medicine. She has multiple certifications including, basic life support, pediatric life support, Advance Cardiovascular Life Support, and Advanced Stroke Life Support. She graduated from Middle Tennessee State University with a 4.0 GPA. Michelle has strong medical ethics, is culturally sensitive, and enthusiastic about providing thorough medical care.
Director of Field Operations
Mr. Kennedy serves in field operations and coordinates all logistics for arriving foreign-trained professionals until they are settled in their new work and living environments. He is responsible for employee safety, coordinates all property leases and oversees a fleet of vehicles. Mr. Kennedy has a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Education and is a Certified Driver Education Instructor.
Theresa M. Early
Financial and Human Resources Specialist
Ms. Early is a financial and human resources specialist. She handles licensure, insurance, assists in immigration paperwork, calculates employee expenditures and oversees payroll. Ms. Early has a BBA in Accounting from the University of Memphis.
Ms. Muchmore joined Vintage in 1995 and established the layout for all nurses’ immigration files. She processes all government paperwork for the immigrant visa application from recruitment to the embassy interview. This includes working closely with the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), National Visa Center (NVC), the Department of Labor (DoL), and U.S. embassies around the world. Ms. Muchmore maintains a detailed electronic file for each nurse from recruitment to arrival, and communicates with each nurse throughout this process.
