Melanie N. Beckham
Ms. Beckham serves as Vintage’s President and Chief Executive Officer. She has been with Vintage for more than 12 years initially serving as General Counsel then as Vice President and Director of Business Development. Prior to joining Vintage, Ms. Beckham worked for a large law firm where she concentrated on regulatory work and corporate defense litigation. She holds a BA from Millsaps College, a Juris Doctor from the University Of Mississippi School Of Law, and is licensed to practice law in Mississippi and Tennessee.
James W. Wadlington
Mr. Wadlington serves as Vice President/CFO for the company. He started with Vintage in 2017, after spending 10 years with a regional public accounting firm as a healthcare reimbursement consultant. Jim’s prior experience includes preparation of Medicare/Medicaid cost reports, in addition to assisting with reimbursement audits for hospitals. He earned a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Master of Accountancy from Millsaps College. Jim is a Certified Public Accountant in Mississippi and a Fellow of the Healthcare Financial Management Association, where he served as President of the Mississippi Chapter during 2016-2017.
Lucas G. Kelly
Mr. Kelly serves as Vintage’s General Counsel. He supervises the filing of immigrant petitions, drafts and maintains all corporate contracts, and handles all corporate legal matters. Prior to joining Vintage, Mr. Kelly graduated cum laude from the University of Mississippi School of Law. During his time at the University of Mississippi, he was awarded Best Lawyer in the Contract Drafting and Negotiation Skills Session, and the Outstanding Student Award for excellence in Legal Research and Writing. Additionally, he served as the Executive Supra Editor for Vol. 88 of the Mississippi Law Journal, and a Staff Editor for Vol. 10 of the Federal Courts Law Review. Mr. Kelly is licensed to practice law in the State of Tennessee and is a member of the Tennessee Bar Association, the Memphis Bar Association, and the American Immigration Lawyers Association. Additionally, he holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Valdosta State University.
Robert L. Zimmerman
Mr. Zimmerman has been involved in human resource management, international recruitment and outplacement services for more than 30 years. Mr. Zimmerman has served as Vice-President of an executive outplacement firm and as Vice-President of the world’s largest recruitment company. He has been Director of Human Resources for a 100-plus-bed U.S. hospital and for a 400-bed international hospital with foreign nursing and medical professionals from over 25 different countries. Mr. Zimmerman has a B.S. in Business Administration and is a Certified Outplacement Counselor.
Director of Training Center Operations
Ms. Oliphant serves as Director of Training Center Operations. She started at Vintage in 2017 and has an extensive background in business management. She is responsible for acclimating and assisting with all logistics for arriving foreign-trained professionals, continued studies and testing, property leases, banking, and oversees the preparations for deployment. She attended Northwest Community College and The University of Mississippi.
Ms. Muchmore joined Vintage in 1995 and established the layout for all nurses’ immigration files. She processes all government paperwork for the immigrant visa application from recruitment to the embassy interview. This includes working closely with the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), National Visa Center (NVC), the Department of Labor (DoL), and U.S. embassies around the world. Ms. Muchmore maintains a detailed electronic file for each nurse from recruitment to arrival, and communicates with each nurse throughout this process.
